Terms & Conditions — Zero Mike Firearms

These Terms & Conditions govern all in-store and online purchases from Zero Mike Firearms (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

1) Eligibility, Legal Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

  • It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of firearms, ammunition, NFA items, and accessories in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

  • ALL NFA LAWS/RULES APPLY. The buyer must ensure eligibility and compliance with all NFA requirements before ordering.

  • Zero Mike Firearms does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for determining your eligibility or what is lawful where you live.

  • If an order cannot be lawfully completed (including, but not limited to, FFL refusal, failed background check, restricted items, carrier refusal, or jurisdictional limits), the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred, including return shipping, any re-delivery/re-route or Adult Signature fees, FFL transfer/storage fees, non-refundable payment processing fees, and any applicable restocking fee (up to 15%).

  • Orders placed by ineligible buyers or for prohibited items may be cancelled. Where cancellation is permitted, refunds will be issued minus the costs listed above once items are returned in new, sellable condition (when applicable).

2) Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers (Online)

  • Firearms ship to FFL dealers only. We do not ship firearms to residential addresses.

  • At checkout, you must select or provide a valid receiving FFL. We will ship the firearm to that FFL for transfer.

  • You must complete ATF Form 4473 and NICS (or state equivalent) and meet any state/local requirements at pickup.

  • If you are denied or refuse to complete the transfer, the firearm must be returned to us by the receiving FFL. After inspection, we will refund minus actual shipping/insurance and a 15% restocking fee. You may convert the payment to store credit to avoid the 15% fee.

  • Ammunition, firearms, and NFA items are final sale.

  • We may cancel any firearm order if FFL information is invalid or cannot be verified.

3) NFA Items (Suppressors, SBR, etc.)

  • NFA items require federal transfer and tax stamps. ALL NFA LAWS/RULES APPLY.

  • Once an NFA transfer process has begun (e.g., Form 3 or Form 4 submitted), the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring eligibility, compliance, and correct product selection for their jurisdiction. Zero Mike Firearms does not assume responsibility for misuse, violations of law, or purchases made without proper due diligence by the buyer.

4) Returns & Exchanges

Firearms

No returns after transfer is completed. A transfer is considered completed when the receiving FFL has: (a) begun and completed ATF Form 4473, (b) obtained a NICS proceed/approval (or state equivalent), and (c) logged the firearm out to you.

Inspect before any paperwork begins. You must carefully inspect the firearm at the FFL counter before starting Form 4473 or any transfer paperwork. If you find a defect, damage, or the wrong item, do not begin paperwork and have the FFL contact us immediately. We will handle it under our return/exchange procedures (shipping/restocking rules apply as stated in these Terms).

Once transfer paperwork has started or the firearm has been transferred to you, the sale is final and the firearm is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Ammunition & NFA items

All sales are final. (NFA transfers cannot be cancelled or refunded once initiated, except where required by law.)

Non-serialized items (accessories/parts/gear)

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store) with receipt/proof of transaction. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

5) Pricing, Availability & Errors

  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

  • We may cancel any order containing pricing or availability errors, with a full refund.

  • Product images and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and may vary slightly from the actual product.

6) Order Acceptance, Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We may request additional verification (e.g., identity/age verification) and may cancel any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorized use, or legal noncompliance.

  • Large-quantity or high-risk orders may be held while verification is completed.

7) Payments, Chargebacks & Fees

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes, shipping, and required fees (e.g., Adult Signature).

  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be treated as fraud. We provide documentation (order records, tracking, FFL transfer records) in response.

  • Where applicable under these Terms (e.g., failed background checks), a 15% restocking fee may be retained unless you choose store credit.

  • No online layaway. (Any in-store layaway terms, if offered, are posted in-store and are not available online.)

8) Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • See our Shipping Policy for full details.

  • Firearms: Ship to the receiving FFL you designate; risk of loss passes on delivery to the FFL. Adult Signature Required may apply.

  • Non-firearm items: Ship to your address where lawful; risk of loss passes on delivery confirmation by the carrier.

  • Transit times are estimates and begin when the order ships.

9) State & Local Restrictions

  • Some products cannot ship to, or be possessed in, certain states or localities (e.g., magazine capacity limits, roster requirements, ammunition restrictions).

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we will cancel and refund minus actual processing/shipping costs if already incurred.

10) Warranties & Manufacturer Support

  • New products are typically covered by manufacturer warranties. Contact the manufacturer for service or warranty claims. We may assist at our discretion.

11) Website Use & Content

  • Site content (text, graphics, logos, product data) is for your personal, lawful use and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content or links.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13) Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms apply subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the state where Zero Mike Firearms is located. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless otherwise required by law.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order.

15) Your Agreement

By placing an order with Zero Mike Firearms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy, and that you are legally eligible to purchase the items in your order.
