Shipping & Returns — Zero Mike Firearms

1) General

We ship to U.S. addresses where lawful. Orders may require verification (e.g., age/ID, FFL validation). Transit times are estimates and begin when the order ships.

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Accessories & non-FFL items (contiguous U.S.): Free shipping on $99+ (cart subtotal after discounts, before tax).
    Under $99: Flat $4.95 per order.

  • Firearms (serialized) to FFL: Flat $15.99 per item.

  • Suppressors / NFA items: Flat $24.99 per suppressor / NFA item (ships to your chosen SOT/FFL after ATF Form 3 approval; NFA ships separately).

  • Exclusions from free/flat rates: Ammunition, oversized/heavy, and hazmat items ship at carrier-calculated rates.

  • Alaska/Hawaii: carrier-calculated rates (no free/flat threshold).

  • We may split shipments (e.g., accessories vs. firearms/NFA) to speed delivery. You’re charged per the rates above; no extra handling for split shipments.

Where we ship / address rules

  • NO PO BOXES for firearms, NFA items, ammunition, or other regulated items; a physical street address is required.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, international addresses, U.S. territories, or freight forwarders/export services.

  • Service area is the contiguous U.S. (lower 48) for most items. Alaska/Hawaii availability is limited (typically non-firearm items) and may require express services at additional cost.

  • Carrier/service level is selected based on item type, value, and destination.

2) Firearms — FFL Only

Firearms ship to FFL dealers only (no residential delivery). At checkout, you must select/provide a valid receiving FFL.
We ship to the FFL’s licensed address on file—no PO Boxes for firearms or other regulated items.
Rate: Flat $15.99 per item to your designated FFL. Adult Signature (21+) may be required.
Pickup requires ATF Form 4473 and NICS (or state equivalent) plus any state/local requirements.
Risk of loss passes on delivery to the FFL.

3) Handguns & NFA Service Level

Handguns and NFA items ship via 2-Day Air (or faster) with Adult Signature (21+).

4) NFA Items

ALL NFA LAWS/RULES APPLY.
Rate: Flat $24.99, shipped to your designated SOT/FFL after ATF Form 3 approval. NFA items always ship separately from non-NFA items.
Once an NFA transfer is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law.

5) Methods, Signatures & Tracking

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS; the carrier is chosen automatically for the best balance of speed, reliability, and compliance.
Adult Signature (21+) may be required for firearms, NFA, and higher-value shipments.
Tracking is emailed when available. Signature and service levels may be mandatory based on the contents/value.

6) State & Local Restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to or possessed in certain states/localities (e.g., magazine limits, rosters, ammunition restrictions).
If an order cannot be lawfully completed, we will cancel and refund minus processing/shipping already incurred.

7) Buyer Responsibility & Costs

It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all laws in their jurisdiction.
If an order cannot be completed due to non-compliance (e.g., FFL refusal, failed background check, prohibited item/destination), the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred, including return shipping, any re-delivery/re-route/Adult Signature fees, FFL transfer/storage fees, non-refundable payment processing fees, and any applicable restocking fee (15%).

8) Address/FFL Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Firearm/regulated shipments cannot be redirected to non-FFL addresses or PO Boxes.
If an address or FFL change is needed before shipment, contact us immediately. After shipment, changes may require a return and re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.

9) Damage, Loss, or Shipping Errors

Inspect packages upon receipt. If there is visible damage or a shipping error, the buyer or the receiving FFL should contact us promptly with photos so we can assist with a resolution or carrier claim. Keep all packaging.

10) Processing Times

  • Accessories/non-FFL: typically 1–2 business days to ship.

  • Firearms: typically 1–3 business days after we receive and verify your FFL.

  • Suppressors/NFA: ship to your SOT/FFL after ATF Form 3 approval. ATF timelines vary; we ship promptly once approved.
    Transit time estimates exclude weekends and holidays, as well as any verification/ATF processing.

11) Returns & Exchanges

Firearms
No returns after the transfer is completed. A transfer is considered completed when the receiving FFL has: (a) begun and completed ATF Form 4473, (b) obtained a NICS proceed/approval (or state equivalent), and (c) logged the firearm out to you.
Inspect before any paperwork begins. You must carefully inspect the firearm at the FFL counter before starting Form 4473 or any transfer paperwork. If you find a defect, damage, or the wrong item, do not begin paperwork and have the FFL or the buyer contact us immediately. We will handle it in accordance with our return/exchange procedures (shipping/restocking rules apply as stated in these Terms).
If you are denied or refuse to complete the transfer, the firearm must be returned to us by the receiving FFL. After inspection, we will refund minus actual shipping/insurance and a 15% restocking fee. You may convert the payment to store credit to avoid the 15% fee.
Once transfer paperwork has started or the firearm has been transferred to you, the sale is final, and the firearm is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Ammunition & NFA Items
All sales are final. ALL NFA LAWS/RULES APPLY. NFA transfers cannot be cancelled or refunded once initiated, except where required by law.
If there is a shipping error or visible damage on receipt, the buyer or the receiving FFL should contact us promptly for assistance.

Non-Serialized Items (Accessories/Parts/Gear)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store) with receipt/proof of transaction. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Fees & Buyer Responsibility
Where a return or cancellation is permitted, refunds are issued minus costs already incurred (e.g., shipping, non-refundable payment processing).
If non-compliance prevents completion (e.g., prohibited item, FFL refusal, failed background check), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, any carrier/Adult Signature or re-route fees, any FFL transfer/storage fees, and any applicable restocking fee (15%).

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
The buyer or the receiving FFL should contact us for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Please include the order number and photos for damaged items. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
