Zero Mike Firearms provides professional transfer services for dealer acquisitions, private party transactions, and NFA items. To ensure a smooth process, please review our fee structure and policies below.

Detailed Pricing & Policies
Standard FFL Transfers
Applies to firearms purchased from online retailers, manufacturers, or out-of-state dealers/sellers.

Single Origin: $35.00 covers up to three (3) firearms arriving from the same seller.

High-Volume: For four (4) or more firearms from the same seller, a fee of $15.00 per additional item applies.

Multiple Origins: If receiving shipments from different sellers or manufacturers, the $35.00 base fee (covering up to 3 items) applies to each unique source. For four (4) or more items from any individual source, the $15.00 per-item fee will also apply to that source.
Private Party Transfers (PPT)
Applies to in-person transfers between two private individuals.

Single Seller: $25.00 covers up to three (3) firearms from the same seller.

High-Volume: For four (4) or more firearms from the same seller, a fee of $15.00 per additional item applies.

Multiple Sellers: If you are conducting transfers with different private sellers during the same visit, each seller is treated as a separate transaction. The $25.00 base fee applies per unique seller. If any single seller is transferring four (4) or more firearms, the $15.00 per additional item fee applies for that specific seller’s items.
NFA Transfers
Applies to Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and Machine Guns.

Flat Rate: $60.00 per NFA item.
Nevada Background Check Requirements
In addition to our shop’s transfer fees, the State of Nevada requires a background check through the Nevada State BRADY Unit for all firearm transfers.

Background Check Fee: $25.00. This is a state-mandated fee. It is non-refundable once the check is submitted, regardless of the "Proceed," "Delayed," or "Denied" status.

NV CCW Exemption: If you possess a valid Nevada Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit, you are exempt from the $25.00 state background check fee and the background check itself.

Sales Tax: Per Nevada law, sales tax must be collected on any firearm transferred from an out-of-state dealer if tax was not paid at the time of purchase. Please have your invoice ready.
Transfer Checklist

Identification: Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Address Verification: Your ID must reflect your current residential address. If it does not, you must provide a supplemental government-issued document (e.g., DMV change of address card, current vehicle registration, or a utility bill from a government-owned utility) to prove residency.

Invoices: For dealer transfers, please bring a copy of your invoice to verify sales tax compliance.
